Your Woman's Care Guide
With a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology I realised so much of the female form has been under-represented. As the Founder of ‘Collective Care’, I provide the knowledge of best care for the unique needs of the female body. We know that supportive women need support & I love creating the community space where this can happen for you!
I believe in taking everything back to basics. I believe that a strongly built foundation (physical and mental) will prep you for the adversities that could arise and will allow you to adapt accordingly.
My main passion are in gardening (especially her indoor plants and vege garden), cooking and all things self-care. I enjoy spending time with like-minded individuals who share similar passions.
