Service Description

Gather with Mums and their bubs who understand and enjoy the community atmosphere as you make the time to move in a way that supports and nourishes your body. Suitable for ALL mums (including those with previous exercise foundations or those looking to integrate more intensity into their every day.) Concessions of 5 $100 (paid upfront) or Concessions of 10 $200 (paid upfront). *Note: Bubs, toddlers and older kids are welcome to the studio. However, it is your responsibility to look after your young ones as there are heavy equipment. We try our best to inform you of this at the start of each session. *

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please let Jess know 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations WITHIN 24 hours will incur full session fee for classes and appointment based sessions. We thank you for understanding!
